What You’ll Need
To recreate your own baby podcaster pup, here’s what you’ll need:
1. A clear photo of your dog
2. Access to ChatGPT (with image input enabled)
3. A short prompt to turn your dog into a baby in a podcast studio
4. A script written by ChatGPT
5. A voice recording tool (your phone works great)
6. Dreamina for AI animation and lipsyncing

Step-by-Step: Turn Your Dog Into a Talking Baby Podcaster
Step 1: Upload Your Dog’s Photo to ChatGPT
First, select a clear, well-lit photo of your dog — ideally front-facing. Then, open ChatGPT and upload the photo (making sure your version supports image input).
Step 2: Prompt ChatGPT to Create a Baby Podcaster Image
Use a descriptive prompt like this:
“Turn my dog into a baby sitting in a podcast studio…”
To make it more personal, you can add the following:
– wearing a cute shirt (or hat)
– a tiny microphone or headphone
– podcast decor in the background
It’s good to personalize the scene to match your dog’s personality.
For KB’s photo, I used this prompt
“Create an image hyper-realistic style: turn this dog (photo attached) into a baby sitting in a podcast studio wearing an oversized headphone and speaking into a mic. Also, the baby is wearing a baseball hat that features an embroidered text on the front that reads Golden Woofs’. Lastly, next to the microphone is a mini golden retriever stuffed dog.”
Step 3: Ask ChatGPT to Write a Baby Podcast Script
Next, give ChatGPT another prompt to generate a short, playful script for your baby podcaster. Something like:
“Write a short baby podcast script (10–20 seconds) from a baby host introducing their show.”
You’ll get something silly, sweet, or even surprisingly wise — depending on your tone.
After ChatGPT turned KB’s photo into a baby podcaster, I prompted
“now I need a fun podcast script for 15-20 seconds — what would you suggest”
I couldn’t believe ChatGPT actually came up with this script — so amazing and on point! Check out what it generated.

Step 4: Record the Script
Record the short script using your phone’s voice memo app or software like Audacity (for free). You can read it and use your voice or use a playful baby voice filter for added effect.
For this step, I used CapCut and used the little boy’s voice.
Step 5: Animate with Dreamina
For the FUN part! Go to Dreamina and use their Lipsync tool. Upload the baby podcaster image and your recorded audio. Then, let the AI work its magic to animate the baby version of your dog speaking the podcast script.

Step 6: Download, Edit, and Share!
Once your animation is ready, download it. If you used the free plan, there will be a Dreamina logo at the bottom left. You can edit it using tools like CapCut or InShot.
If you wish to create additional edits, you can create a new video using CapCut or InShot or Instagram’s Edits (which I used to create the final video). Add music, captions, or reactions to make it even more engaging.
