Johnny is a 1-year-old male Border Collie cross Shepherd. He’s a medium-sized boy, weighing in at 22 kg, with a heart just as big.
Like many young dogs, he starts off a little shy — especially around kids — but with a touch of patience and kindness, he quickly blossoms into the playful, affectionate, and loyal companion everyone hopes for. 
Currently, Johnny is living in a boarding kennel in Italy after being rescued with his siblings. He shares the space with both male and female dogs and gets along beautifully with all of them.
He’s also good with cats, which is a serious bonus for any multi-pet household. Even though the kennel keeps him safe, it’s no substitute for the comfort and connection of a real home.
Johnny is clever, curious, and gentle — everything you’d expect from a dog with both Border Collie and Shepherd traits. He’s eager to learn, explore, and be part of a loving family.
His eyes may not speak human, but they’ll tell you everything you need to know about how much love this boy has to give.
He’s still young and full of potential. What he needs now is someone to take a chance on him, guide him, and give him the life he’s waiting so patiently for.
