Yochan is a 10 month old male Boxer Cross. 
This boy has quite literally looked death in the face, coming within hours of being euthanised; he was on the list of dogs who had been due to be put to sleep, but was somehow forgotten about. This resulted in him being rescued, and given a second chance.
Yochan is a cross breed, a boxer possibly crossed with a pointer. His beautiful face is slightly more elongated due to this cross, but he is undeniably a boxer with a friendly nature and a sweet temperament.
His coat is shiny black, with a little white bib on his chest and just look at those long athletic legs, meant for running and having fun!
Yochan is still very much a puppy, around 10 months old. He currently weighs about 17kg, but should be around 30kg when fully grown, a bit less than a standard full grown boxer.
Boxers are ideal family pets due to their calm nature and loyalty, they are intelligent dogs who respond well to lots of praise and positive training. We have no doubts at all that Yochan will adapt to home life very quickly.
Sadly, black dogs are not popular in Cyprus, they are considered very unlucky and are neglected or abandoned. But Yochan’s luck has already taken a turn for the better, can you help it to continue?

Yochan was meant to have more time to live his life to the full, preferably with you! He is ready to fly to the UK as soon as a family steps forward to welcome him home.
