Dubby is a 3-year-old male Podenco Cross. Born on 6 April 2022, this sweet boy is 66cm long, 48cm high, and weighs 12kg—so he’s a lean, leggy lad with a soft spot for affection.

He’s currently based outside the UK, waiting patiently for the right family to bring him home.

Dubby is a gentle soul with a loving nature. He can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but it doesn’t take him long to warm up and start seeking out attention.

He thrives on human connection and would rather be around people than anywhere else. He’s very calm and has a playful streak—rolling in the grass is one of his top-tier hobbies.

He gets on well with other dogs and currently shares his space with both a male and female canine companion. He’s also been cat tested and was fine with them at the vets, which makes him a potential option for homes with feline residents.

Dubby is good with older children and has a desire to please, especially if snacks are involved—he’s food-motivated and eager to learn.

With full rescue back-up provided, he’s ready for his next chapter and a family to call his own.
