Locryn is a 6-year-old male Cross-Breed. He is a large dog with a calm, gentle nature and a truly kind soul. His temperament is serene, making him a comforting and steady companion for the right home.

Locryn was rescued from a kill shelter and has since been living in a foster shelter, waiting patiently for his forever family.

Despite his past, he remains extremely friendly with both people and other dogs. He is often described as a gentle giant due to his affectionate and easygoing manner.

He would be best suited to an individual, a couple, or a family with older, dog-savvy children. Because of his large size, he is not suited to homes with small children.

Although he has not been tested with cats, he shows no signs of reactivity and remains composed in new situations.

Locryn is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. He also has his own passport and has undergone all the necessary blood tests to meet DEFRA travel requirements.

His adoption includes delivery directly to his new home via a registered pet transport team.

Locryn is a truly special dog who deserves a peaceful and loving forever home.

For further details about adopting a dog from Helping Dogs in Romania, please contact janinewilbraham@googlemail.com or telephone 07739842517.

Helping Dogs in Romania is a UK organisation working to save desperate dogs. We work with a network of rescuers across Romania who save innocent dogs from traumatic situations, torture and painful euthanasia.

We then arrange for safe shelter, veterinary treatment, spaying, neutering and adoption to the UK. By taking dogs out of Romania, we create more shelter space for the dogs in need there.
