4 year old male Cross-Breed available for adoption

Reggie is a 4-year-old male Cross-Breed. Reggie is currently living in Bristol and is described as a medium-sized dog.

He has unfortunately found himself looking for a home again, despite the hopes he had for a stable and loving forever family.

His rescue team describes him as one of the unluckiest dogs they’ve ever known, although Reggie still sees himself as lucky because he knows he is loved and supported by those trying to find him a proper home.

Reggie is a very anxious boy, which means he needs a quiet and peaceful environment to feel safe. He isn’t comfortable around children, cats, or even other dogs within the home.

However, he has shown that he can slowly form friendships with other dogs outside of his home space, given enough time and patience.

Despite the instability he has experienced with multiple homes, Reggie remains affectionate with the adults he trusts. He loves cuddles and is motivated by a strong desire to please.

He is clean in the home and well-behaved when left alone for a few hours. He is not food-aggressive and won’t guard his meals, and even adds a bit of charm by returning your slippers after he’s done with his favourite chew toy.

Reggie hopes that someone will finally promise to love and care for him unconditionally, even if he isn’t perfect. He’s looking for a stable, understanding home where he can truly settle and feel secure.

O.U.R Dog Foundation was set up by a small group of like-minded individuals who all strive for the same goal: to save public shelter dogs in Romania from certain death.

All dogs rehomed via this rescue will be vaccinated, neutered/spayed and microchipped. Home checks apply and full post adoption support is offered.

OUR Dog Foundation was established in August 2020. We rescue dogs from Romanian kill shelters, place them with trusted fosters for assessment and care, and find them homes in the U.K. Puppies are homed directly. Adult dogs are carefully assessed, and many come into U.K. fosters before a home is sought. We offer full lifetime rescue back-up and extensive adopter support.

We are a registered company, and in the process of applying for charity status. Dogs of an appropriate age are neutered / spayed. All dogs have an extensive set of vaccinations and tests that exceed minimum requirements.
