Doug is a 3-year-old male Cross-Breed and a gorgeous little lad who sadly joined us when his owner was admitted into hospital and could no longer care for him.
Despite his sheltered life before coming to us—socialised only with his brother and with little outside world experience—he quickly embraced the joy of running free and playing with other dogs like a kid in a sweetshop!

Doug is tiny and mitey and just loves life! Despite his very small size, he is a little pocket rocket, he will happily take to anything and takes everything in his stride, in a word, he is amazing and whoever adopts him will be very lucky indeed!
He does have a fiesty side when he wants to, but he is a terrier after all!
Doug adores everyone and everything, could live with cats, dogs and children aged 10 years upwards, due to his very tiny size small children would not be suitable.
Doug is actually bonkers, so full of energy and enthusiasm and will make you laugh all the time with his antics! He loves chasing the dogs around the farm, is great on lead, although he does turn into a lion when it suits him and he can bark at other dogs, he is brilliant off lead in a secure field, he is usually right under your feet or zooming around with the other dogs!
Doug is a beautiful little lad and will make a very rewarding addition to his new family. He has settled well into our routine and loves pack life, once he likes you, he follows you everywhere and just loves to be cuddled.
He is very typical of the breed, extremely loving and loyal and bonds very quickly to his people.
Doug is neutered, microchipped, de flead and wormed and fully vaccinated.
Doug is house trained, walks well on the lead, is not destructive and can be left for short periods, he loves to be left snoozing on my bed and is often snuggled up with the cat!
He is a very social little lad so could live with other dogs or would be equally happy as the only dog with lots of human company!
Doug is an inquisitive and responsive little lad, quick to learn and easy to train, he loves his home comforts and a cuddle, and likes to sleep on the bed with you if he is allowed, basically he is a little snuggle bug. He will sleep downstairs on the sofa or in his own bed if he isn’t allowed in the bedroom.
Doug travels very well in the car, he is just an all round pleasure to have. Whoever adopts this little lad will be very lucky indeed as he really has the most amazing character, and I am sure he is grateful to be out of the pound and just want to love his humans.
Can you offer this beautiful little lad the home he so desperately deserves?
