Rocky is a 14-month-old male Belgian Malinois. He is a high-energy, intelligent dog who requires both physical exercise and mental stimulation to thrive.
His previous home included children aged 12 and over, and he had no issues living in that family environment. 
Rocky’s need for structure is important, particularly when it comes to distinguishing between playtime and relaxation. His adopter should be capable of setting clear boundaries and providing a consistent routine.
Rocky is very loving and bouncy, and with the right balance, he has the potential to be a loyal, faithful, and joyful member of the family.
He does not exhibit guarding behaviours around food or toys, which makes him a safe companion in those aspects. On walks, Rocky may pull on the lead and can be reactive if he perceives a threat from other dogs.
However, he currently lives with other dogs and interacts positively with them.
Rocky enjoys the company of others and flourishes when surrounded by the right people and environment. He will be microchipped and comes with five weeks of free rescue insurance as part of his adoption package.
